Shipping policy
An honest rundown of how your order gets from us to your couch.
Free U.S. shipping over $80
Orders of $80 or more ship free within the United States. For orders under $80, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order — you’ll see the exact amount before you pay, with nothing added afterward.
Processing time
Everything is made to order, so each item is printed and finished just for you before it ships. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking the moment your order leaves the facility.
Delivery time
- United States: typically 3–7 business days in transit after your order ships, so most U.S. orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks of ordering.
- International: transit times vary by destination and customs, generally 1–4 weeks after shipping.
These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs occasionally take their time. If your order is running well past these windows, email us and we’ll look into it.
Where we ship
We ship across the United States and to many countries internationally, including Canada, Australia, and much of Europe. International rates are calculated at checkout. If your country isn’t showing up at checkout, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get a link by email when it’s on its way — give the first scan a day or two to update after that email lands.
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address & undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to arrange a reshipment (reshipping costs may apply). If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help make it right.
